All of the team members were very pleasant and helpful. The rooms were spacious and very clean. It looked like it was recently remodeled and painted. Lisa is incredible as property manager. The pool was very nice. The only issues were more age related of the property. The door on one of the bathrooms wouldn't close properly. The bath gel in the shower was empty. Maid service was only every two weeks. We would stay here again.

Carpet looked like it was 50 years old. soap and conditioner were out. not enough towels for the time I was there. Almost left to go to anther hotel but didn"t have time. To bad I had to pay for that. Won't do it again.

I'm so glad I chose to stay here despite the reviews. My room was everything I wanted. It's like staying in an apartment! I felt very comfortable and safe staying here. The staff was very welcoming and extremely helpful! I would definitely recommend this location to people.

Arrived to find that they had no elevators, despite advertising them, and wheelchair access. They quickly changed all their sites after I pointed it out and contacted the ADA, but not until after arguing with me while smelling like weed and cigarettes, saying that I should have called and made a special request for a first floor unit. They magically had one room left on the ground floor, but when I went to look at it, it was insecure with the door propped open, and the room smelled of baked on smoke, and the carpets had giant stains on them. Embarrassing!!

The check-in was excellent. I did not like the fact that there was no elevator and we had to climb steps. Also, the stairwells were dirty. The rooms were excellent. There was no hot tub and there was no breakfast. The price was excellent. I have to admit, even though they did allow dogs I didn’t see that many, but it gave you that kind of doggy type of feel but the rooms were clean enough where you didn’t have to worry about it so kudos to that.

Staff was amazing. Parking was okay. Kitchen was cool. Bathroom had hair in tub, the faucets were wobbly, the clean towel was full of someone's hair. The bed was definitely NOT a king. It was supposed to be a king and it was a queen. It was frigid when we walked in. 54 degrees. Had to turn the heat on just to get it to a comfortable temp. The bathroom curtain kept opening on me while showering, the plug for the bathtub drain was janky and didnt work, so bathing my toddler was annoying. They did not refill the body wash that is in the shower. The towels are tiny. Not very adult friendly with those. They should rlly get some bigger towels. Other than that, it was cool. Was only there one night so no biggie.

Very centrally located with quick access to 270 and the historic downtown area of Dublin, Ohio. This particular unit, 1321, was very clean and the bed was marvelous!! Outliers that prevented making this an excellent unit were: 1) loose tiles in front of vanity (looked like someone attempted to fix this by smearing grout across the top of tiles) and 2) the bathroom racks were coming off the wall. Both of these did NOT fit in with the quality the unit. Good news is they are easy and inexpensive fixes!

Lobby presented very well and felt like at check-in it would be adequate stay. Went to the suite and right from the dirty and disgusting entry door/passage way the property is run down. A few items in the suite were adequate such as the bath and kitchen towels but the rest of the suite was very run down. Examples: stains on the kitchen furniture, old carpeting and flooring, old appliances with cracks (microwave) and smelled like it was once a smoking room. Surprised it is rated a GOOD. Also seems to be long term guests that believe they own the handicapped parking. Would not recommend this property due to cleanliness alone.

Room very dated mattress was bowed in the center as you rolled to the center trash blowing around the parking lot pallets sitting outside of the laundry room trash blowing all around the parking lot cars being worked on in the parking lot Reed minimal utilities in the kitchen. We had three pieces of glassware two spoons three different sizes of forks and a butter knife. The refrigerator worked, but the icemaker did not the dishwasher was dirty and loose. The debrider spout on the bathtub was stuck in the upright position and there was more water going into the tub then coming out of the shower head towel bars in the bathroom. We’re falling off and you can tell there was a lot of repairs due to leaks from the upstairs.

Where do I start? Dental floss pic on bathroom counter. Dishwasher full of dirty dishes. Kitchen sink a total mess. Crumbs all over stovetop. Bread tie and fortune cookie fortune on random shelves.
