We did not come due to a sick child, pleaded with the staff to not charge for the night that we did not stay, but they simply refused. Inspite of being a premier club member. Sorely dissappointed.

It was fine. We opted for the deluxe loft room which we were really excited about and thought it would be on the top floor with a cool view. The Blackwell Inn and Pfahl Conference Center
Room service never answered phone and when they finally did, they lost my order. WiFi frequently drops and staff says “sorry, we can’t do anything about it”. Front desk staff very pleasant and location is excellent.
