Cari Motel di Columbus

"Stayed for 1 night only. The hotel appears to be recently built, and the rooms, furniture, and overall facilities are modern and in very good condition. The property makes a positive first impression, and everything feels new and well maintained. That said, there were a few disappointing details. All of the soap dispensers in the bathroom were empty upon arrival, which should have been caught during housekeeping inspections. In addition, the air conditioning unit was extremely noisy....

"I gave three stars because the room was not clean enough. The bed and couch had stains, the floor had hair all over, and the faucet was rusted. However staff was very kind and also let me check in early. One night was all I could do there"

"My luggage was on the bed for less than 3 minutes before turning around and leaving to find a different hotel. Walls show the wear of 20 years, room smelled musty, AC replaced musty smell with extra musty smell, carpet was slick, bathroom floor was dangerously slippery, no water in bathroom, key car envelope was well-used previously with more than my room number in it. But the staff and manager were very nice and access to highway was quick."

"It was convenient have it a gas station and a few places to eat right across the street."

"The lady at the desk was very rude and not helpful. My Mom and I are both disabled and we were put in the very back section of the hotel on the second floor so it was a very long way to walk. (Even though they had been notified) Also the handicap parking spot on our side of the building had pallets of something covered with a tarp in it so I had to park way on the other side of the buildings. The room itself and the cleaning staff were fine. No complaints about the room itself."

"The bathroom door had to be pushed hard to close and then it get stuck and we couldn’t pull it to open it"
