"When we visit Columbus, we always stay at the Hilton at Polaris. It is a beautiful, very well kept hotel for visitors to the northern end of Columbus. Beautiful lobby, fast and easy check-in, and outstanding room. We love the King suite. The hotel is close to wonderful shopping and dining. A must-try if you’ve never been there. "

"Stayed 3 nights. The property is very clean and they go through every morning and sweep any trash up in the parking lot and property. Check in and check out was easy and staff was very friendly. "Room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful and above all the hot tub was hot and felt amazing after a 6hr drive. Alot of hotels do not have them any more and we book our hotels because of the hot tub."

"The beds seemed clean and the pillows were fluffy. Those were the only good things. There was hair in my shower. A lot of hair. One of the folded towels had hair dangling from it. There were what I think were garlic skins in the fridge. There was a dusty broken fork on the floor. Everything was scuffed and dirty.
