"The staff were super helpful and nice!!! They let me check in a little early because of my situation with the tournaments going on. The room was nice and clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The location was 5 minutes away from the university and very close to the shopping centers and restaurants. Nevertheless, excellent experience overall!!"

"The room was filthy. Big toenail cut off on the nightstand. Sticky floors and even stickier in the bathroom. Microwave unplugged and gooey. The good news is the third floor corner room is quiet. The bad news is the mattress on the bed very soft had some lumps in it but I made it work with the one and a half soft pillows I provided. TV and its remote barely function but I worked around it by hitting buttons on the TV. All in all reasonably good location and what do you want for this kind of money."

"Unfortunately, our experience started on a frustrating note. We arrived ready to check in and waited at the front desk for over 15 minutes before anyone returned to assist us. There was no sign, explanation, or acknowledgment of the delay, which made for a poor first impression after a long day of travel. We were also uncomfortable with several homeless individuals wandering through the lobby area during that time. While we understand hotels can’t control everything happening nearby, the lobby did not feel particularly secure or well-monitored. The room itself was fine, but the lack of front desk coverage and the overall atmosphere in the lobby left us disappointed. I hope management can improve staffing and guest experience at check-in."
