"All rooms in our suite were very clean.Me and my wife were 100% satisfied with our stay. We have nothing bad to say about Peach Tree Inn & Suites. The location is just awesome. it’s nice and quiet and very safe. About a five minute walk to Main Street which we really liked. The staff very friendly as for the breakfast,It’s pretty simple Continental breakfast which was OK with us. And we had no problem with the parking. We will definitely be staying there again when we are in Fredericksburg."

"The rooms were kind of dirty the AC was not working right my blankets were dirty ripped they need to update their Linens and they need to clean the rooms better their breakfast was good overall I will give it a three but not all hotels are the same but this one was pretty old needs updating"
