Hotel murah di Comfort

"The facility was totally misrepresented in Expedia. Based on the descriptions and photos and the 9.2 rating, we booked 7 nights in a “premier” room. The room we were given did not look even remotely like the photos. The “shower” was a cloth wrap around a free standing tub—away from walls with no grab bars, no place for soap/shampoo. The bathroom was a step down from the bedroom. My wife stumbled to her knees when she got up to use the bathroom at night because she missed the step in the dark....

"The town of Comfort has great small town vibes taking a person’s memory back to simpler times. We celebrated July 4th here and Hotel Giles was the perfect place to be. The hotel is close to a few eating establishments and very walkable to them. This hotel is clean and historic with very unique rooms. There is a cool courtyard for guests to enjoy. Breakfast was outstanding and served in the Carriage House in the courtyard area. All staff were very nice and helpful. Great experience and...

"The room was clean for the most part, the bathroom had one really long hair in it. The breakfast was decent, just your typical hotel breakfast. We arrived really late in the night and only stayed for one night, so we were not able to swim yet since the pool only opens at 10 and checkout is 11! But the pool looked like a really nice pool for kids, and just to hangout!"

"The rooms are like a Motel 6. Crickets in bathroom. Stains on linens. The pool was very dirty with trash in it. Disappointed, but our fault for booking. Motel 6 would have been cheaper and same experience. (Although We never stay there) and will pay the extra to stay somewhere where we can at least swim in the pool. 👎👎"

"The front check-in lady was slow (kept blaming the computer system). She simply seemed as if she did not want to be there. The juice machine was out of order for breakfast and they did not offer anything to replace it for the kids (I'm not giving coffee to my 10 year-old). The hotel was good. The beds were comfortable and the room was good."

"The property is very aged. Received a room different than we booked. The AC was not working. Got moved to a “better” room that smelled very musty and had old and worn carpet. Quite disappointed."
