The room we had with beautiful sky line views of the city and the Riverwalk. As a family of 5 it was the perfect size for us. Every staff member I came in contact with were so sweet and made it feel like home. The breakfast, kick back and dinner WOW! Amazing. We will be back for sure. "Great location, hotel has some nicely renovated rooms and common areas. But it appears the attention to detail during the renovation was not a high priority. Simple misses, but several: Sink faucets positioned too far back of the basin making it difficult the wash your hands; the mirror in the bathroom (with 2 sinks) is not wide enough while using the sink to see yourself, without leaning in to the left or right; room amenities- only 1 tiny waste basket for a full size suite; 0 luggage stands, 0...

"This hotel is excellent, except for one thing. During our Christmas stay, the restaurant was closed. We assumed it was a temporary issue. However, when we returned for a weekend in May, the same problem persisted. If you rely on the restaurant as advertised, be prepared for disappointment, as it’s not always available. "

"The River View was excellent and we enjoyed the balcony. We were not told that we shared a balcony with 3 other rooms though. The bed was rather lunpy and hard. I told the front desk at checkout and she didn’t respond. We will be back if we are in San Antonio"

"Breakfast was great, wide selection from hot buffet to cereal, breads and pastries, fresh fruits and yogurts. Juices and coffees. Everything was fresh and wonderful. Beds were very comfortable and the air conditioner worked extremely well. Grocery store across the street. Would recommend this property to everyone looking for a great deal. Located within walking distance of restaurants, River walk and so much more!"

"Too many people not enough staff. We wanted to go to the roof top and I wish I would have know before booking that it was rented out. We waited for our room for about an hour cause it was not ready. They did give us two complementary drinks but still the waiting and all the people waiting , dirty restroom. It was exhausting."
