"The hotel is well situated right off I40. The breakfast is ok. Needs to have more of a variety and freshness. Like fresh eggs and fruit! Too many carbs for my taste. The elevator broke on the last day. Felt bad for housekeeping and the handicapped. Had an incident with front desk clerk that told us to keep our two year old grandson quiet because she could not concentrate. He was excited to see us but was not misbehaving. He’s only a baby!!!! She had the nerve to say that to us, but yet...

"Worst experience I ever had at a hotel staff was extremely rude. Can't even take a bath because the hallways flood found a adult toy in my drawer wouldn't even let me stay an extra 10 minutes after checkout time to wait on my ride, an absolute overall awful stay. "The room was extremely outdated. There was mold in the bathroom, the bathroom door was filthy. The handle for the shower almost fell off. Had to hold it in place to make it work. Although the room had a refrigerator microwave, the refrigerator was making a lot of noise, never used the microwave so I don’t know if it worked or not. The hairdryer was an electrical hazard. "The knob on the microwave was broken. The water on the bathroom wouldn't turn off all the way. The door wouldn't shut all the way. And the " Free" breakfast was a joke there was a waffle maker but no mix or much of anything. It was a very sad experience "

"Receptionist upon arrival was delightful but when she heard me say “ the basketball game starts soon” she laughed and told me that if it was on CBS I wouldn’t be watching it. It was and I missed a 1 point regional final game. Not remotely funny since we had planned our drive around game time. In addition not one of the clocks in the room was set to the right time. I tried to set the alarm clock but needed a screwdriver to do so. Will definitely use another hotel chain next trip. "
