"The room was clean and charming. Yaiza, who coordinated check-in, was fantastic — she was responsive and had excellent recommendations for food and things to do. Good location close to the lake and only 5-10 mins walk from San Giovanni train station (depending on how fast you walk). No view from Suite 8 to speak of but I wasn’t hanging out in my room much, other than to sleep. I would stay here again!"

"Mitten in der Stadt, nah am Seeufer, an vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten und am Stadion. Sehr freundliches Personal im Hotel, gute Restaurantempfehlungen, tolles Gebäude, Zimmer sauber und geräumig. Tolles Frühstück! Parkmöglichkeiten direkt im Hof kosten extra, sind aber sicher und sehr praktisch. Anfahrt nach Navi war ein bisschen verzwickt, kann aber an uns gelegen haben. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen."
