"Paid for hotel through Expedia. The day after I checked out the hotel made a charge to my credit card for over $300.00. They never contacted me about why I was receiving this charge. I made multiple calls to the hotel and they refused to return my calls. Stay away."

"We walked into our room and it was 87 degrees. Used their fan they provided for 4 hours, like they recommended, and it went down to 83 degrees by the time we went to bed. Wish it would have been known that they don’t have AC. Made our one hotel night, that was supposed to be nice and relaxing, wet and sweaty."

The front desk staff was robotic, one could do Just fine with an automated machine instead, you wouldn’t be able to tell the difference. What has gotten out of control is the new normal of 4 pm check in and 10 am check outs, which is absurd. No property deserves a 5 star rating/review with this policy being enforced."

"Upon arrival- found out POWER WAS OFF, COLD showers only. After my request, was offered sister hotel options- had to hurriedly book @ Hampton- 15 minutes away. Hampton accommodated us. I understand this happens- life happens. What was disappointing was there was NO NOTICE from either the Hyatt Hotel or Expedia. "Went in the summer. It’s an amazing property and location. Only reason for not giving it a 5 star is the hot tubs weren’t fully working. Which wasn’t that big of a deal. They were still hot but only a a couple of them had jets working sort of. I will absolutely stay here again, and if the hot tubs are working. It gets a 5."
