"Communication with the hosts was poor and not very helpful. They did not answer our questions in a reasonable amount of time, leaving us to have to figure out a lot of things on our own. We never did see or meet a host, even though the booking site mentioned that there would be someone there. The entry system to access the unit was quite confusing. "Great location for train, bus, taxi, ferry, etc. You can hardly hear the train during night time and very occasional short horn during daytime. Street noise not any worse then other similar hotels and was quiet during nights. Excellent staff."
