"I always enjoy staying at a Homewood Suites. Upon my arrival, I was very kindly greeted by a gentleman working at the front desk. His energy was beautiful, and his conversation was kind and funny. All the staff were very friendly; whenever someone at the desk saw me, they greeted me. I also didn't have makeup removal wipes or any hand soaps in the room, so I replied to a text I received, asking me how the stay was. They let me know they don't put those things in the room anymore unless we ask...

"There are shops nearby, we didn't have a car so we could walk. Most of the staff was friendly and the people there were awesome. Pool was closed. Rooms were nice and clean. You can't be out in the smoking area late, which was strange to me if you are not bothering anyone. But, overall it was a great stay, mostly because of the other people we met who were also staying there. Very pleasant. If we are ever in Concord again we will stay here"

"Room was clean , the bed was extremely old & hard. I had the worst nights sleep. No amenities. U have to pay for over priced selective processed pre made breakfast from the bar. Only 5-6 selections of Starbucks , no regular coffee. Rooms are outdated & overpriced w/o amenities. "
