"We booked queen beds but got full size and were told that this is their queen size bed in all rooms The thermostat in the room wasn’t working and it was very uncomfortable. The room and halls was unclean. The entire lobby looked like construction site , the pool was not trierę . Very bad overall. "

"I was pleasantly surprised at how nice my stay was. I had a room upstairs in the indoor part of the building. I enjoyed the quiet and privacy. Everything about it was Pleasant. It's not a new building, so giving it a rating doesn't really accurately describe how pleased I was. I've stayed at newer hotels that were less Charming and less clean. and towels provided"

"Clean and comfortable. Just what I needed. A efficient and friendly staff. New rooms. Nice beds. The location is close to a lot of restaurants within a 10 minute walk but I wouldn’t call the neighborhood walkable. I would stay again if I need to come to Concord. "
