"Room was fine Smell when entering from the back door was nasty- old smelly carpet, Weeds in rock garden - looked unkempt. And, back door didn’t have any security lock."

"The hotel did not charge a deposit to my credit card at check-in and allowed check-in after 3:00 p.m. The room was clean, and extra washcloths, towels, and tissues were provided upon request. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The side entrance did not work with the room key card after hours, which was inconvenient. The bed was comfortable, and the pillow was comfortable, although it was smaller than expected. There was a slight delay when using the TV remote control. The refrigerator...

"The property was amazing! With a puppy as part of our family, we especially enjoyed walking the campus which was quiet and beautiful. The room was clean and staff very helpful. Highly recommend!"

"The property is great and all workers are wonderful. The only downside is some of the people staying there are absolute “clowns” to say the least. They allow their children to run around in the room well past midnight and don’t care about any of the other guest. Classic entitlement syndrome but that should not reflect poorly on the employees so I still give 5-stars."

"The first room that I had small ants crawling around on the bed, on the nightstand and on the desk. I requested to move to another room and that room didn’t have any ants."

"This was a perfect stay. The Staff were all so helpful, friendly, and we had a wonderful stay at this Comfort Inn, in Lynchburg, VA. The Breakfast was great, eggs, sausage, bisquits and gravy, waffles, cereal, donuts, juices, coffee, and was as good or better than any other Hotel we have stayed at. Had a restful sleep as the beds were very comfortable. Would recommend this Comfort Inn."

"Disappointing. Small things. The workout room was hot. Trash cans where they needed one, not only in room. They do not clean rooms on a daily. No towels at swimming pool. On the Breakfast was good."

"The staff is outstanding.. The halls and stuff are pretty rough, apparently theyre redoing it. .. but the rooms are nice clean and comfortable. I had 4 rooms there for 2 days.. God location theres seeral food options within 2 blocks and lynchburg is a mile away"

"The hotel was okay. The only issue was the AC unit that was making really loud noises that sounded like birds, we couldn’t sleep because of that."

"The breakfast was good. Juice was not watered down. The blind on an inside door was broken into several pieces. We had to leave it pulled up. & One of the drawers was also broken. We didn't need to use it, but it came apart when we opened it. The bed was comfortable. So, that was the biggest plus. We had been told it was the nicest room in the motel (not by the motel management), but, I don't think it was. Room 101 is the room we stayed in."
