"La estancia fue agradable, en lo general. Los alimentos en el restaurante con muy buen sazón. El único inconveniente es que en recepción siguen exigiendo y condicionando la presentación de CSF para facturar, lo cual no debería ser."

"Los espacios de la propiedad se mantiene en excelente condiciónes y es un lugar tranquilo para relajarse, solo tuvimos un inconveniente con la habitación que no contaba con frigobar, de los espacios falta una tiendita cerca con algunas cosas básicas, porque solo hay una que está lejana de las villas y una sombra en la alberca estaría genial."

"Staff was great. Hotel is new and has potential. But, they do allow buses of tourist from south of Mexico to stay there. We were there 6 nights and almost 5 of those nights the pool was not accessible due to the amount of people. Hotels should really notify when they accept tour buses."

BIG disappointment, especially since my cousin's American money was stolen out of her room where she hid it. We think it was the maid.
