Lovely place perfect for travelling around the Lake District …. Bay rider bus even comes into the site

Thurnham Hall Resort
The place is great, very quiet and peaceful. My only complain is that the furniture and carpet in my room was old and that was an issue for my mother in law who had an allergy problem, and we could feel the sprungs on our mattress. The rest was great, the swimming pool, hot tub, all great.
