"The Washington Hotel is a decent choice in NYC with a location that’s close to everything. The staff were super friendly, and the view from our room was beautiful! The room itself was just okay, but the biggest issue was the bathroom. It has completely see-through glass walls. Sharing a room with four friends made showering extremely embarrassing since everyone can see right in. Great spot for convenience and views, but definitely lacking privacy if you're traveling in a group!"

"My carpets were sticky, there was excess mold in the shower, the wall paper was stapled to the wall with mold on it, the hot water was hard to access in the shower, and I was told I would have a room with a view, and I did not. Although the staff was kind, that was about the only plus. I was very disappointed that my room was that dirty; I paid $500 for 2 nights. Absolutely not worth the money. Next time, I will stay at a holiday inn."
