"Nice enough hotel, clean and comfortable, easy walking distance to restaurants and the park. Was disappointed and not what I expected. The photos of my "king bed, city view" booking were misleading. My small window looked directly across the street at the side of another building. When I requested another room with the city view per my reservations, I was informed they were full and no action was taken to accommodate my request. "Sadly, I was in NY for my sister’s funeral and had to extend my stay. The staff was so very kind and accommodating knowing it would be best for me to be able to stay in the same room. Cassia and especially Lukasch were so very kind, compassionate and helpful. It was my second time staying there and I’ll definitely stay there the next time I’m in Manhattan."
