The walls, door facing, floors had not been cleaned. The carpet was filthy. The tub and shower walls were filthy. The staff was apologetic; but after scrubbing the tub and toilet to make a four-night stay bearable, I didn’t want the housekeeper in the room to do anything. "From check in to check out, The Sonesta is top tier! Their rooms are beautiful and clean. The bar is gorgeous and perfect for a drink. I especially loved the $15/day credit to use either at the bar, restaurant or cafe. The staff responds to any request quickly and efficiently. Nice touch of hot refreshments available all day. Good location, wouldn’t have said Woodbury outlets were a 1 min walk or walkable - there is a trail but it’s not great. Shops like Aldi and Forever 21 are walkable. Safe area. Shuttle from hotel to outlets but didn’t use"
