Staff were cery good.
Antonious Waguih ,presumably manager went out of his way to make sure the group were well catered for.
Nothing was too much for him.
He helped make the room cosier and welcoming.Staff was well co ordinated and communication between the 2 parties was brilliant.We never felt ignored.
Rooms were brilliant.Breakfast was good although on Alex (Maybe duty Manager)who made us feel like we were a problem all the time.

"We had a fantastic, much needed relaxing break. It was our first time at Ullesthorpe Hall and we were so impressed. Our room and the hotel in general was very clean. "La struttura è all'interno di un'area di servizio, comodissima come stop di una notte per spezzare un viaggio. Personale gentile, la colazione è un cesto che si ritira al mattino presso la reception. In camera te, caffè e bollitore. Struttura pulita, unica nota negativa quando siamo entrati la temperatura in camera era freddissima. Alzando il condizionatore si è poi riscaldata nella notte col passare delle ore. Consiglierei di impostare le temperature un po più alte a camere vuote. "
