"Hotel was fabulous room, environments excellent, however I felt harassed every time I went to purchase something the first thing said to me was “You’ve got to pay” of course I would pay !!!! "Lovely hotel, breakfast was very good with lots of choice. Parking was easy. Online checkin/out was ideal. The beds were very comfortable. The room was warm (matched the weather) but a welcome fan kept the air moving. Tried to call to say we were going to be later than planned- couldn’t get a response (not good). Corridor area was very congested as there were bible/book stalls, I don’t mind the stalls but just put them where it doesn’t restrict flow of guests"

"The room was large and bright, the bathroom was super clean and the beds were especially comfortable! The food was lovely too and there was a large range to choose from for breakfast. There was however an incident where the fire alarm went off and we had to evacuate the building half dressed at midnight. Staff were very responsive and so were the local fire team. "The cleanliness was exceptional. The decor of my room on the 5th floor was nice. Slept well. No problems. But I would have liked a warmer welcome when I checked in.
