Nice entrance. Reasonable and at times lovely staff. I’m 37 and fell on the extremely unsafe shower tiles that have absolutely no stick (we have video proof) fractures one of the bones in my thumb. Staff at desk admit to poor safety compliance and apologised but manager was dismissive and unhelpful ...

The room I was given,was not ready and not cleaned by the previous occupant. It was bit of inconvenience having to go back to checking desk and ask for a different room. Holiday Inn Express Birmingham Airport NEC by IHG
Excellent choice and value for money. Only downside, breakfast was cold. Cold beans. Cold bacon. Slightly warm sausage. My friend had other options and they too were cold or just room temperature. Cannot fault the staff, the room or anything else.
