"We had a fantastic, much needed relaxing break. It was our first time at Ullesthorpe Hall and we were so impressed. Our room and the hotel in general was very clean. "Clean room, great comfortable bed. The room was ready for us on arrival yet we arrived early. Staff are so friendly, the hotel smells beautiful at reception and is very welcoming. Antonious Waguih ,presumably manager went out of his way to make sure the group were well catered for.
Nothing was too much for him.
He helped make the room cosier and welcoming.Staff was well co ordinated and communication between the 2 parties was brilliant.We never felt ignored.
