"Our stay was unfortunately disappointing. Upon arrival, the walkway to the apartment was dirty, and there was a dead bird near the front door, which created a very unpleasant first impression. There was also a strong odor on the main level throughout our stay. The apartment itself could use some maintenance. The carpet was old and stained, and the insulation was poor, so outside noise was easily heard from inside. The TV was not working when we arrived and wasn’t fixed until the following...

10/10 Excellent
"This was a great find. The room was small but clean - it looked new. There was a fully equipped kitchen, lounge and TV area on the floor that was spotless. I never saw anyone in there. The block was quiet and secure but close to everything. It was a little pricey but I chose the Galway racing festival to stay without realising so the entire city was booked out - it would be worth checking the dates if you want to avoid crowds!! There’s a very clean laundry area on site, free tea and coffee and they will loan you a hairdryer. I highly recommend this place, perfect for a solo traveler. I would definitely book again!"

"Location, location, location: this hotel was in the heart of the city and close to everything. It was 2 minutes from the train station, and everything else was a 5-7 minute walk. The staff was amazing!!!! It was my daughter's birthday, and after mentioning it to them, they decorated our room with brownies, chocolate, and a card while we were out on a day excursion, making her day extra special.
