"The winter season pricing is great. It’s very convenient to interstate 95 and a grocery store. Several good restaurants are close as well as a coffee shop. The room was basic but clean and quiet which is what we needed. Next time in the area we will stay again for the location and value. "

The beds were clean, the bathroom was clean but is in need of repair (tile is moldy, drain stop missing, tub, two different colors, and rust around the door and toilet. The staff was very accommodating and helped us check in early. We had a little issue with the in room ac unit and it was replaced on the spot by maintenance staff. The bad began once we got our bags into our room as the adjacent room had very noisy guest who were...

"The hotel didn't have enough parking for guests. The area around the hotel was not ideal especially considering the price of the stay. Outside of the hotel was under construction making it challenging to identify the hotel entrance. Do be aware that breakfast is available, but pricey. Once in the hotel, the experience was great. Clean rooms. Super friendly staff. "

"The room was great and staff was friendly. My issue was at checkout. I stayed for a week for work but need to extended for an additional week. My daughter and her car was in the room with me. I paid an additional fee for her car. When I extended my stay, no I did no check out and book a different room, I extended my stay in the same room, they charged me an additional pet fee and another “incidentals” fee. As if I checked out and requested a different room but I didn’t."
