The biggest downfall was that the parking lot was cordoned off as it had recently been paved. Customers had to park in the Panera Bread and/or Movie Theater parking lots. "First night I was there my door lock ,locked me in the room for 45 mins the phone number was busy the whole time so I couldn't get through. I had a friend come here to go to the desk and get help. Could luck asking for anything with the woman at the desk she is rotten. I go to another room and the mini fridge didn't work then"

"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Marcel. A nice little weekend getaway as a mini-moon for my husband and I who just got married! Highly recommend staying there! Friendly service, awesome bartender, and very wonderful drivers that will take you into Yales cute little town! & the waterfront was right next to us. Beautiful views. We will definitely be back!"

"The location was convenient. We liked the accommodations. Although the room did not come with a fridge, hot water kettle or a microwave, the staff helped us out to address the situation. The only other thing was the wifi did not work with our laptops and there were not enough plugs to accommodate our chargers. It was a minor point and we managed to work around. I am sure the staff would have provided power strips if we asked for them."
