"One reason I pick this hotel is because it had a pool When I got to the hotel the pool was closed for maintenance..."

"I was made to feel like a prisoner I this motel. In the middle of the night, not mentioned in check IN, I was made to feel like a prisoner once scolded to “enter from the back” after discovering the lobby door was locked. The front desk agent pointed towards the back of complex and screamed at me that I was to enter from there. Again, not mentioned in check in… The room floors were disgusting. Im literally surprised that I didn’t leave the property with a staph infection."

"The room was very clean. It had both a microwave and refrigerator which is always a plus. It’s not a fancy motel but it is maintained well. Good place to lay your head."

"Good: front desk agent was friendly, clean bed & towels, free continental breakfast. Bad: manager/owner should work on people skills. Theres a $4 parking fee but website said free. The room did not have bath towels, only hand & face towels. Waited for the elevators and other guest had to tell us it was broken. Went to tell the manager and he already knew. But didnt bother to tell us when we checked in. Everyone had to use stairs. Room was DIRTY!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sofa had stained all over. Pee...

"Breakfast is bare minimum waffles didn’t cook. One room air conditioner didn’t work. Wasn’t aware it was independently owned so wasn’t up to Wyndham standards won’t recommend at all"

"Room wasn’t clean. Things were falling off the walls. Found clothes from previous person in the room. Rude staff (not all). Hot tub water was brown and green. Staff wouldn’t help us fix the wifi in our room for the tv. Staff told me tv in the lobby was broken when I came out to watch the soccer game but the tv was on every morning for breakfast."

"I would stay here again. A short walk to downtown and all the museums I wanted to visit. Pleasant and efficient staff. Clean and gracious lobby and public areas. Comfortable rooms. Excellent."

"The refrigerator in the room was very, very loud, it was hard to fall asleep with all the humming noise. The room was smelly. The toilet is too low, and also needs to use less water for flushing..I had to ask attendant to turn on machine to get water and juice, this should be on during the day as guests are arriving and leaving throught the day."
