"Searched for a room in a hotel SPECIFICALLY with a pool for my children to swim and booked here through expedia. Immediately after booking the room, I went to see the hours of the pool to plan out our short, 1-night stay and then see on the site that the pool is, has been, and will be closed until October 2026. I immediately message the hotel through expedia platform. No response. After, I call the hotel directly (at like 11pm this is). No answer. Kept calling. A man at the desk answers with an...

"When arriving to the hotel, it seemed pretty clean. Checked in and got directed to the side door for the closest entrance to the room. When entering the building it smelled of dog and you could instantly tell people were living in the hotel, however when getting to the room it was surprisingly clean."

"Feels like a brand new hotel, everything was Immaculate. Bed was super, super comfortable. A great night sleep! Room was very big. Indoor pool was refreshing not over treated with chemicals or strong odors. Waffle maker and lots more for the free breakfast. I would stay again for sure!"

"Checked in and the sofa chair had so many stains I couldn’t even sit on it. The chair at the desk had a bit less stains but when I sat down to eat my meal for about 10min I had a total of 4 bed bug bites on the back of my legs where I was sitting on the chair. There was mold around the tub and the sink was backed up. The water never went down. I only stayed for one night for an event due to the convenience but I would not stay here again."

"So charming! The Inn itself is nicely furnished in a cozy manner, curated with interesting collections of things and vintage or antique objects throughout. Many charming touches, like the popcorn station with flavored oils and Parmesan cheese, were a delightful surprise. The towel warmer in the bathroom was unexpected and wonderful!
