"There was an issue with the air conditioner. It was not working properly with the thermostat on the wall. The front desk lady came to the room and got it working. It was late, around 10:00 PM. She was very nice, promptly answered the phone, and came to fix it herself."

"Staff was polite and hotel was clean including the room. Ac had the room nice and cool. Only dislike was room I was in had a running toilet that you could hear all night and then the pull-up knob in the shower was broken and you had to push the faucet from the bottom up to make the Shower head work."

"I loved the property and location. It's very close to Walmart,..and other stores so it's convenient in case you need something quick. Tourist attractions like Prison museum is also at 5-10 min drive from the hotel. Staff was also good. They catered to our complaints immediately. Rooms were clean and they have provided a tv, mini refrigerator, microwave,iron with iron board and a small coffee maker. Breakfast was good. The prob areas: The pool is open and very small. "This hotel was in very poor conditions, the staff was not friendly, the bathtub did not drain and the breakfast consisted only of coffee and cereal. Very disappointing."

"I booked this stay on Father's Day weekend. My husband enjoyed himself from the time we unloaded the car. He was sitting by the lake with pole in the water within less than an hour of our arrival. The check in was nice and smooth. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There's also a little convenient store on property. "Sketchy checking in, no one is ever at the front they leave a list of numbers to text for help, it’s like someone living there managing the place with babies and kids everywhere. Room was already booked so they had to give us a different room with less features. They do not clean your room multiple night stays, they don’t issue more towels, I’m a big girl and we were denied.
