Excellent service from the desk overnight guy. He brought us complementary hot chocolate and the next morning saved us breakfast at 10 am and allowed us to check out later at 1 pm.

Juan Carlos and Adriana were very helpfull and their service was excellent. Also, Emmanuel was excelente tour guide of the prooerty. Bathrooms needs a little improvements. In overall highly recommend staying in Rancho Constanza.

The staff asked to pay at front desk, just wanna do everything thru expedia. Room was smaller than pics. Breakfast first day was served at 9am as coffee too and that was very inconvenient. No bonfire and hotel conditions weren’t at its best

Staff was very friendly. Loved the hot chocolate and fire in the fireplace on a rainy day. I absolutely loved all the plants and garden areas. We had nice hot showers and comfortable rooms. We also enjoyed the kids play area. We would have liked for our room to be cleaned in the 4 days we were there and new towels to be provided. I am sure the staff would have done that if we would have requested it, but it would be a good idea for that to be done regularly for the guests. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much.

I went through some inconvenience with the leaking in the kitchen and bathroom, dirty bathroom, old towels with human hair and stains. the front desk very unstaffed. One person was doing all hotel duties such as prepare food, maintenance among other things. I also want to mention that the villa we stayed in is very outdated. It looks like the owner and or management didn’t make any updates or replacements since it was originally built. The kitchen cabinets are falling apart. The bedroom nightstands are also due a replacement. The cleaning is horrible. There is dust and stains everywhere.

La vista del valle es muy linda, el personal es muy agradable y servicial, pero la propiedad necesita muchas mejoras, algunas cosas se ven muy viejas y descuidadas, el restaurant estaba cerrado por falta de chef, hay que bajarse a tocar unt timbre cada vez que uno va a salir o entrar de la propiedad.
