"Check-in was smooth and professional. The room was clean and the cleaning staff did an excellent job cleaning the room every day. However, the air conditioner system was quite a bit louder than expected. The hotel had a pool, but was smaller than the pictures made it look, was surprisingly quite cold, and there was no hot tub (note that hotel does not advertise having a hot tub). "This hotel is located near the Connector line and walkable to quite a few tourist spots. The breakfast had reasonable options and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the downstairs space, which included a pool table and pool. We only wished the water pressure and temp was a little more/hotter and our room hadn't been cleaned/disturbed since we left the hanger on the door asking for no disruption. (we had a short visit)"

"Great set up. Well stocked with what we needed. Unfortunately on the alley beside our room there is a metal grate covering a hole in the road which makes a loud banging noise every time a car runs over it. We and other couples who stayed there had difficulty sleeping due to this. "

"The only thing I could find as a negative - no mini fridge. It has an old building charm with the water pipes making noise. This is honestly not a complaint, it felt like that fits intentionally with the atmosphere of the hotel. The room was clean. The art was interesting. And the star, the penguin. We will be staying here again."
