"Great place to stay, especially for families. The location is excellent and it's easy to get around by foot or car. We've stayed here before and had a fantastic experience, which is why we returned. This time we booked a downstairs deluxe room. In our opinion, it's not worth paying extra for the upgrade as it seemed no different from the standard rooms. Our room was behind the bar and bistro. We couldn't hear any noise from either, but there were two large green wheelie bins outside our patio,...

"Location is fantastic, it was across the road from the venue of the event we were attending. The receptionist was lovely. The room was spacious and comfortable for our family of 5. Our only issue was parking space is limited."

"We had a great 3-night family stay at Whitsunday Terraces in Airlie Beach. The location is excellent—close to everything—and the views are absolutely stunning, which really made the trip special. That said, the kitchen and bathroom are quite dated and in need of an upgrade. The most frustrating part was the lack of WiFi in the rooms, which was a real inconvenience during our stay. Overall, a very enjoyable stay thanks to the location and views, but a few updates would make a big difference."
