Hotel murah di Conway

"Water from tap smelled like sewage. Breakfast was minimal. Room had stains and was a handicap room which was not required. Lamps were so dim could not read by them."

"Our first day we came back in the evening and our room was not cleaned including no clean towels. The owner was on the premises the next morning. We requested an adjustment to our bill for the lack of service. He refused and said we should have called it to his attention during working hours the prior day so they could come in and clean. We told him we were out all day. He was neither apologetic nor responsive to our request for a credit."

"It was perfect for us. We had a baseball tournament near by. They have a complimentary limo driver. We took the kids to ice cream in the limo. The breakfast was good. No complaints about anything."

"Outdated and unkept. Shower handle was broken and we were told it was just temperamental - took 5+ minutes to jiggle it around to get it to a temp that was not freezing or burning your skin. Slider had big tear in it so could not leave open overnight. Overall, it was fine but for the premium they charge in the summer, there is no reason they can’t keep up on these basic things. Staff was nice. Check in was easy and there is parking right on site."

"The lady at front desk (Jackie?) was very nice, fun and helped us in many ways. It’s an old building and that’s a part of experience. The only disappointment was the jet tab in our room. Probably not used much though looked clean, the hot water was brownish and a bit challenging to use it. Still we enjoyed our stay :)"

"Beautiful building and very helpful staff. But it is a historic building with some of the lack of accessibility that entails. I don’t request accessible rooms because I feel others may have more need than I have. But I found it very challenging to have a bathroom with a low toilet and no grab bars. I hope they will consider upgrading to comfort height and adding grab bars for all their guests."
