"The hotel offered a pleasant stay overall, with clean rooms and attentive staff. We did face an issue with the bathtub faucet, where the hot and cold water temperatures couldn’t be adjusted. The hotel team responded promptly and tried to resolve the problem, but once they determined it couldn’t be fixed quickly, they arranged a room for us on another floor. While this helped, the process added delays to our travel plans. Despite this inconvenience, the front‑desk staff remained responsive and helpful throughout, and the hotel’s cleanliness was consistently good."
