"Enjoyed not having to transfer to a hotel on travel day and then the next day transfer to the cruise terminal. Very convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful. Convenient Vienna restaurant-good food and good service. A bit pricy but expected at an airport hotel. Would do this again when cruising."

"The front desk clerk was very unwelcoming. Took my id, my cc, gave my room key. Did not tell me anything about the property, the amenities, or even tell me where my room was. Nothing. I had to ask how to get to my room. I had to ask about the shuttle. Even after asking i got very little information. There was no welcoming us to the property, no "let us know if we can help with anything". Check out was just as horrible. Gave them my keys. He didn't thank me for my stay. He didn't tell me to...

No big deal but why when you are accepting last minute reservations is my preferred room "oversold" - doesn't...

"Most staff does not speak English. The bed was comfortable and the room was huge. The refrigerator was not cold despite being on the highest setting. We didn't have a car because we flew in. The walkability is not good because it is on a super busy street. There wasn't many choices. It was close to the airport. They provided shuttles from the airport and to the cruise ship. The drivers were super nice and helpful."
