"Received a credit for the pool bar and rooftop restaurant by booking the night The staff forgot to mention the pool bar not being open that day and the restaurant wouldn't honor it. Bigger issue was the night club on the rooftop until 3am. The hotel thinks by leaving ear plugs in the room nobody would notice the windows rattling from the base of the music. Also this hotel has no parking other than valet for $40"

"I am so disappointed and actually a little angry. Immediately after entering the room it smelled like cigarettes! Traveling with 19 month old I didn't want her exposed to that. After a bit of a wait we changed rooms which was inconvenient. Housekeeping brought up the pack n play and one side wouldn't lift. So that defeated the purpose. "I’m genuinely surprised this place is marketed as a hotel—it feels much more like a motel, and not a good one. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The rooms were not clean, and the overall condition left a lot to be desired. There were no convenient electrical outlets in the bedroom area, which made even basic things like charging devices frustrating. The bathroom layout is poorly designed—the toilet is so large that the door actually hits it when you try to close it. The bathtub was also a concern. It appears to have been coated or refinished, but the surface is uneven, chipping, and extremely slippery, which feels unsafe. The furniture didn’t seem properly cleaned either—I couldn’t comfortably sit on the chair. Another major issue is noise. The doors between rooms are extremely thin, and you can clearly hear other guests, which makes it very difficult to rest or have any sense of privacy. The so-called continental breakfast was another letdown. It’s served in a strangely designed room that clearly wasn’t intended to be a dining area. The selection is extremely limited, there’s barely anything to eat, and the coffee is of very poor quality. As for the staff, they were not particularly attentive or welcoming. The overall impression is that there’s little care or effort put into the guest experience. I wouldn’t choose to stay here again and would not recommend it."

"Great location. Stayed here to catch a Miami game with the family, very easy drive to the stadium. Hotel was clean with great amenities, and we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast."
