"The most inconvenient hotel I have ever stayed at. Check in is through a kiosk, parking is across the street (you have to take two skyways to walk from parking garage to hotel), everything is done via QR codes (parking, hotel entrance, room key). Currently under renovation, and my room was renovated, but still extremely basic (especially for the price). Not even a desk or computer chair to sit at for work. Location is decent but you will have to drive 5-10 minutes for something as simple as a...

"Overall OK, but not great."

"They had some technical issues with the booking of their rooms and had oversold their two bed suites with the pull out couch by a lot. Numerous families had booked rooms and upon trying to check in they were not available. The staff got us taken care of by splitting our large family into two rooms because everything else in the area was booked and couldn’t make other accommodations. But it was less than ideal to have our kids sleeping in another room!"

"Absolutely filthy. Beer bottle under bed. Not vacuumed. Road noise was terrible. Bathroom floor had dirt everywhere, like actual sand/mud. Tub didn't drain. Shower curtain had burn holes in it. Hall was filthy. Broken flooring in elevator. Staff was polite. Parking lot was clean."

"They spray the rooms with the same foul scent used in retirement homes to disguise the urine smell. It was so strong and repulsive, giving us a headache and making us sick to our stomach. Vile"
