"I love this hotel for the rooms. I will continue to stay here because it is affordable and comfortable beds. Their was no bar anymore, no restaurant, no Starbucks. So that is a disappointment. I love a Hotel Bar"

"The amway Hotel Downtown Grand Rapids,MI was really nice,nice rooms with a refrigerator,but (NO MICROWAVE)nice and big indoor pool and hot tub,decent size gym next to the pool on the 4th floor in the glass tower.however everything is very expensive.they have tons of shops and restaurants inside the hotel.great customer service,housekeeping was great!Valet service is $49.00,but it was worth it,valet guys are hard working crew,(they all share the tips)or $45.00 do it yourself in a garage."

"The freezer door was broke on the mini fridge so it was frosted over. Couldn’t use it. Bathroom lighting was kind of dim. Shower could use an upgrade. Bed was comfortable. Close enough for our trip to the beach and to Michigan adventure. Overall, not a bad place for the price."
