"Excellent rental. Clean, cozy and nicely decorated. All you need,other than laundry is provided. Close to Music Row. Would definitely rent here again should we ever get to Nashville again!"

"Host great, Location Great Safe, Condo Cute Needs some updates in the bathroom but not a big deal (Pealing Drawers) Biggest issue was cleanliness. Looking for a hair dryer found a towel in the drawer that was stuffed with who knows what crusty.(No hair dryer not an issue) Towels Old and dingy. The bathroom where not cleaned very well. Looks very much like they hire a company and its a speed threw clean. Could Use a deep clean ( Corners, Tub, Walls etc) But over an okay stay"

"The property was perfect for us. It was in a walkable area with plenty of restaurants. Also centrally located for all the things in Nashville we were interested in.
The accessibility of the unit was very good. I would add two extra grab bars in shower to increase accessibility. Also have an option available for guests to request a shower chair.

"Overall, the property was very clean and well‑kept, though there was a strong odor we couldn’t quite pinpoint. A little air freshener helped, but it was still noticeable. The in‑unit washer and dryer were a lifesaver after our 14‑day road trip, and the location couldn’t have been better—only about a five‑minute walk to Broadway.

"There were small bugs in the floor and running behind the bathroom mirror. Being able to exit the building and reenter the building is very inconvenient to say the least. The sliding doors to our bedroom would not slide shut. The whole feel of the place was like a newly renovated prison. I would never stay here again."
