"The room was disgusting, we had to go buy bleach to clean it. There were roaches and the manager was rude. The only reason I gave it a 1 star was because of the sales director Pam. She tried to make it right but I just feel like you can’t undo bad customer service."

"We arrived to find a small fire in the mulch outside and reported it to staff who quickly went out to put it out. Our first room had a noisy air conditioner but this was quickly remedied by a room change. There were some other guests there who didn't seem to realize they needed to respect quiet hours and other guests, banging doors and yelling down the hallway, but wasn't so bad that we called the front desk.
