"Nice room m, friendly staff"

"Seemed more like a rent by the hour room . My bed did not have a fitted sheet over the bed . The mattress was awful. It felt like a box spring ! Hard and lumpy . I could not stand another night trying to sleep on that. I did pay for another night in advance . I went to the office the next morning by 8 AM. I informed them that I would not be staying another night as the bed was hard and lumpy and felt like a box spring. He said , That’s the first I have heard of it ! I asked for a reimbursement...

"Non smoking room smelled terribly of smoke. Room was clean enough but not great. Facility was dirty and sketchy."

"We enjoyed the hot tub. The staff was friendly. We were ripped off by Expedia. Expedia charged me $18 per day for breakfast and the hotel provides it for free. When I contacted Expedia to get refunded. They refused to even speak with me or refund the fraudulent charges."
