"Upon check in it was a quick process but we did not realize we were not explained everything. We had to call and ask for the WiFi code, we had to call and ask about the continental breakfast, we had to ask for our room to be cleaned. Twice we called for extra blankets, our thermostat kept reverting to cool. The second request we waited 45 mins. I called again after my kids woke me up And said they were cold.
