"Beautiful Spanish architecture. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and great water pressure in the shower. The pool is small but adequate. The parking can be challenging. There are a few spots on the street, a few spots in the hotel courtyard and a few spots behind the hotel. We had no trouble finding a spot but there were times we got the last space. The staff was excellent and friendly. The attached bistro is a gem for breakfast and lunch and appeared to be a local favorite as well....

"everything and everyone was excellent. Staff was on 24/7, no one was just punching buttons, from house keeping to front desk, door staff, and the ladies at the bottle shop, everyone was engaged and engaging. The lobby was fun with the broadcast of the world cup. Breakfast staff never missed a beat, food was replenished, clean up was efficient. Front desk staffs a bartender, and she knows her stuff. Lots to recommend. If you're looking for a pool and a tourist trap, keep looking. This...

"We absolutely loved our room and will definitely be coming back! Everything was spotless, smelled fresh, and felt very welcoming. My favorite part was the bed—it was incredibly comfortable, and the pillows were perfect too! We only stayed one night since we were on our way to Mexico, but it was a wonderful stay. If you’re ever in San Diego, I highly recommend staying here. You won’t be disappointed!"

"The hotel has cold and hot drinking water, Starbucks coffee and ice. It has a really nice veranda for relaxing and is very conveniently located."

"Marriott is always beautiful always love to stay for there luxurious ambiance. The studf,food and the environment is always beautiful and best.but a small advice if u wanna keep your luggage make sure they are nicely taken care of.though it's Marriott but some stuff I pretty much doubt they Mishandled it.rest Marriott is a place of peace.always."

"The hotel pool was closed on Saturday our only full day at the hotel. The event was extremely loud and although it was fun to look out on the big crowd I would advise anyone with young kids staying here. The were drunk guests being rude in the elevators and the hotel staff were kind of blah when asked for help."

"The room was on the second floor, and could not sleep due to noise. The beds are very uncomfortable, a slight step up from a boxspring. Overall the hotel was very aesthetically pleasing, but that was as far as the satisfaction went"
