"Second time I've stayed and is my, 'Go to' when working in West Sussex. Paddy the owner is very organised, the apartment spotlessly clean, on site parking directly outside the apartment, a couple of minutes off the motorway. "

"Lovely old pub, nice friendly staff. We booked the large double which was extremely comfortable, great pillows. The only let down was the cold, it was freezing. Heating wasn't working. This wouldn't put me off staying again, as it's a really nice place"

"A lovely slightly quirky pub/hotel with a Jamaican feel and menu. Very comfortable accommodation and a great breakfast with a friendly and welcoming staff team A little bit of bar noise from the pub if you are an early to bed type, and you are staying on a main road so there is some traffic noise if you want the window open. Having said that, we would definitely stay again when in the area. 5 minutes drive into Lewes. The main road isn't walking friendly."
