"There was no bottled water in the room"

"The hotel was very nice. The room was clean. Breakfast was so-so, but everything else was great!"

"Room was not the cleanest. Pool was really dirty and I’m not sure it was cleaned the whole time I was there. The gym machines had no power for two days but they were eventually fixed. Staff were friendly. "

"Note that I was in a bad mood since my American flight was delayed so much I missed my outbound flight. I had to wait 40 minutes at the terminal to get it and then it was slow (which was good because the seatbelts never seem to work in these old decrepit vans). The driver was almost unintelligible. On the positive side, the check in person was courteous and efficient. The outside of the property is rundown but didn't seem unsafe or at least not fatal. The room inside was fine, but not new...

"The hotel itself was nice and the staff was friendly. Our only complaint was that our room did not come with blackout curtains, only the shades, so at 6:30 in the morning the room was full of sunlight, waking us both up when we were really looking forward to sleeping in a bit. "

"It’s an older property but has had some renovations recently. We were only there to sleep and catch an early flight. There are a lot of restaurants and businesses around there which is nice. Great shuttle service and friendly driver!!"

"The rooms are a bit dated but clean.Pick up from the airport was terrible. Waited 1.5 hours and finally gave up and got a taxi for $37. They did a great job getting us back to the airport"

"The location of this place is amazing. We were so close to a ton of stores, movie theater, bank and tons of restaurant options. Clean location with a great, small gym, relaxing pool and good breakfast. "
