"The hotel was very clean. The lobby was freshly mopped and our room was perfect. Clean bathroom and a very comfortable king-size bed with double pillows for both of us. The room had a large TV and a large shower. The hotel had an ice machine and a free Continental breakfast included. There is coffee and hot water for tea in the lobby for all guests. The staff, especially Alex, was so friendly and nice. We felt welcomed by her. The cleaning crew did a great job."

We were only there for 1 night so we don’t take advantage of any of the additional amenities. But I’d definitely stay there again."

"We enjoyed the artwork, but the hotel has a young vibe. We were two senior couples traveling together and the hotel was not geared for our age group. It was recommended to us by our son and daughter-in-law, and that seemed to be the target age for the hotel. I think it is a perfect hotel for 30s, 40s, and 50s. We did enjoy the bar and the bartenders were great. Breakfast service was a little slow and slipshod. Overall, the hotel was very nice, but not exactly the type of hotel we were looking...

"The staff was as obliging as they could be. There were no blackout curtains in room 320. The blinds were broken so they were duct taped up above the door. I could not get clean washcloths without trading out for dirty washcloths. Same with the towels. "

"Amazing hotel in a beautiful place. If you are also a mountain biker, there are trails throughout the town. Hotel is filled with beautiful accents of plank wood floors, stone, elk heads hanging off the walls, beautiful lights, custom leather chairs, huge custom made tables for work, meetings, and gathering, custom outdoor furniture looking into the town square. Great restaurants inside the hotel. This place is magnificent. Nick at the front desk is amazing. He is so full of knowledge and helpful...

"Had a pre-paid room. At check-in was told the hotel was overbooked and that there should be other hotels in the area that may have a room. They did not try to assist in finding another accommodation, nor did they offer anything to try to make it right (maybe some points?). In summary, they did us wrong and did not care in the least. "
