"WARNING: Exercise extreme caution before booking this property. At the scheduled check-in time, I had still not received the self-check-in instructions referred to in the Expedia booking confirmation. I was not provided with full address details to access the accommodation, the host's telephone number appeared to be disconnected, and emails to the host went unanswered. Despite multiple contacts with Expedia before travelling, Expedia was able to provide the information required to gain access...

"Beautifully finished apartment and to a high standard. The bed was lovely and comfortable. The staff were very accommodating on what was a very busy evening for them. Food was lovely and presented well, amazing coffee too. Location was great just what we needed for our trip."

"Postives: Great location, clean, very comfortable, quiet, on site car parking, helpful on site host (apparently dog friendly too). Tiny negatives: You quite rightly could argue that no-one should need to watch the TV in a place like Watergate Bay, but the TV reception was poor (maybe it was intentional!). Car parking spaces are a bit tight. Maybe needs a new shower at some point in the future. Otherwise all good and would stay again/recommend to others."

"We used the Stables as a base to go to the Minack theatre which is less than 10 minutes away. The accommodation was large, clean and tastefully furnished. Lovely white linen and soft towels. Dog friendly which is great but no evidence of previous occupants. Bonus of a bath. Short drive or lovely walk down to Sennen cove, a gorgeous beach with white sand and really good food at the Surf Lodge."

Great for early morning walks to the beach, and if you want to explore, most things are a short driving distance for hikes and other breathtaking nearby beaches. If you plan on being in this part of Cornwall, you should definitely book this home. Geoff & Jan are wonderful hosts."

"Fantastic location, just across the road from the beach. Very clean and most of the facilities you could need for a two night stay - they even have a mat put put the dog bowls on (we brought our own as we weren't aware of this but great if you are unprepared). Lovely spacious outdoor space too. Apartments felt very secure with codes for the entrance driveway, apartments and the key safe at the front door. Unfortunately we didn't find the sofa comfy, or the sofa bed (it was our preference to...
