"I have been to many resorts. This was a beautiful resort. Many restaurants on site. You really do not have to leave. Give it a 9.8 on a 1 to 10 scale. The water was not hot enough in the showers."

"I decided to try one of the non - all inclusive hotels and I am happy I did. I didnt miss a thing, this hotel has all the amenities you did not need to leave the property for anything. there is a restaurant onsite that provides sumptuous meals, the continental could have a bit more variety than the sweet pastries. The staff were friendly and helpful. location is properly maintained and clean. i am planning to return for a family retreat."

"We travelled with a toddler and the stay was really good. It is indeed all inclusive, but we experienced a hiccups with in room service like getting drinking water and cleaning. Otherwise the amenities were amazing and I would recommend the resort to anyone with kids for a relaxing experience. Staff in the lobby area was really helpful with booking excursions and exploring Jamaica."

"Beautiful ressort with friendly and professional staff. The Junior suite was clean, modern, beautifully decorated with a gorgeous ocean view. There are multiple cafe and snack bars around the resort with beautiful swimming pools. Many restaurants offering global food options; we tried them out and the food was amazing. My partner and I had a wonderful experience and we will definitely come back."

"The property on the Lady Hamilton side is very nice and there are tons of amenities and the beach is very close by. The rooms are large and a bit dated, but they do the job. The only drawback I would say with this resort is that the staff don't seem to be aware of a lot of what's happening and they don't inform you of the different amenities that are available to you so we found out a lot of things towards the end of our trip. On check-in we did not get the information regarding the hotel amenities so we had no idea about the jerk hut on the other beach and the fact that you have to make reservations before 3 o'clock. It's just really hard to navigate the hotel because it is so large and without help you kinda have to figure it out yourself. Also, the shower and cold water was not working for most of the trip, which was ridiculous and that made it very hard to get ready so I don't think that this is a five star hotel they should be a 3 1/2 or maybe 4 star and they should not be charging the price they charge because there is a lot of things that they are lacking. Overall, I do not want to stay here again because I just did not get my moneys worth."
