"The platinum service was great, especially from Evon. The beach area is small considering its potential. I feel there’s more that can be done with it. All 4 of the restaurants had great food and friendly service. The lobby bar closed too early. I feel it could be a great spot for those that want to enjoy a relaxing drink at night without loud music. Overall, great hotel, clean rooms, friendly service and amazing sea views."

"We had a great 5 days at this resort! Every member of the staff is there too meet you with a friendly smile or even just to point you in the right direction if you seem lost. The restaurants were fantastic, and again the staff at all restaurants and bars were amazing The pool and beach was great as well.I can't stress enough how fantastic the staff was at this all-inclusive."

"This was a fantastic location! About a 45 minute drive from the Montego airport (+/- with traffic). Made our tour to Negril convenient. The pools and beaches on site were fantastic! (Beaches had good areas for snorkeling- in a bay and open ocean) Staff was friendly and helpful. Restaurants/A La Cart options were great!! Buffet food was good/standard Buffet. We did the signature level and loved every bit of it. I would highly recommend!"
