"An old hotel!"

"Bathroom sink and shower not working "

"My room was clean and comfortable except for some piled up dust bunnies. I was there 6 days 5 nights and no one ever came in to sweep or add clean towels. No toiletries, iron or blow drier. Noise tolerance was very good which that means a lot to me. You can hear the express way throughout the night but I didn’t mind it. As for parking and ac/heat it worked well. The really need to replace the rugs out of the rooms, they have seen their last days. The smell is uninviting."

"Quick summary: The hotel failed to disclose their fees and then attempted to slap those fees on us upon departure and accused us of lying. When we told them we were not made aware of these fees and felt it was unethical to charge us, they provided a document that they claimed was signed by me. It was clearly forged! We booked with this hotel on Expedia because it advertised that it was "pet friendly". Our stay was uneventful until we went to check out. The hotel manager then accused us of trying to sneak our dog into the hotel to avoid a fee, and told us we owed them an additional $110 for a pet fee. We were never told about this pet fee when we booked the hotel or even when we checked into the hotel with our dog standing at our side We also went in and out through the main lobby multiple times per day to walk him so there was no effort to sneak a pet into the hotel. Then hotel manager insisted we had signed a document that acknowledged we knew about the pet fee. I told them that I was not provided with that document ever nor was I told there was a fee for a pet, and my husband asked them to pull up the security camera to prove that I didn't sign any document upon check in nor did we sneak the dog in and out of any side doors as we were accused. The hotel management refused to pull up the camera footage. I asked for a copy of the document after we left. It was clearly forged (actually, there was no signature but just showed a slash through the signature space. "

"Clean, plenty of towels, firm bed. It had an elevator so it was easy to get to the room. Make sure you park in a lot because it blocks the driveway and they get a little upset. I would stay there again."

"Staff members are very friendly and helpful. Check-in was fast, efficient and the fastest of any hotel where I have stayed. The hotel was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good, with a variety of choices. The hotel provided a list of nearby restaurants and activities. It is an easy drive from Harrisburg airport (MDT) and there is plenty of free parking. I plan to stay here again next year for our annual family reunion. It is an excellent choice in the Lancaster area."
