"Beautiful historic, loved its charm and location to the park across the street. Older hotel, so it did not have air-conditioning. During our trip it was pretty overcast and chilly, but our bedroom got very hot during the night. We had to use multiple portable fans. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We got the one bedroom suite, perfect amount of room for our family of four."

"Walking in the first thing I notice was the rooms were extremely small. No biggie. But then a few major things like plumbing was backed up so shower water filled up the floor and same thing with the bathroom faucets.. the power outlets did not work so I couldn’t charge my phone which ended up being a major issue for my night out. One of the worst properties I have stayed at. To make matters worse there is no one to physically talk to for check in so it just made it all that much more difficult....

"Such a clean and charming bed and breakfast with so much character. The shared spaces are welcoming. The breakfast was fantastic each and every day! The staff is exceptionally helpful and kind. The neighborhood is safe with a lot of food options and corner stores nearby. If you drive here, parking is challenging but not impossible I look forward to staying here again in the future."

"It is a self check in process and you have to scan the QR code to check in after office hours. Staff was very helpful when he was there. Parking is convenient."

"I’m honestly surprised by the overwhelmingly positive reviews this hotel receives because our experience was very different. First, I’m surprised no one seems to mention the beds. They were the worst hotel beds I have ever slept on. Both beds sagged badly and were extremely uncomfortable. Our reservation was for five people, so we expected a rollaway bed. Unfortunately, mattress was in such poor condition that none of the five of us was willing to sleep on it. I brought this to the attention...

"No carafe in the guest rooms. So, bring your own water bottle for refill. Refill stations only on 2 floors. No coffee or tea in rooms. Parking is best at the Japan Center. Pay more and park at the hotel but don't forget to book the parking at the time of reservation to avoid full lot on the day of arrival."

"Room was very small. No place to even put luggage except on the bed. Water pressure very low for shower making it hard to wash hair. Not what I was expecting at all. "
